Shawn has been the driving force behind the development REInsurePro’s unique program for investment properties through strong and long-lasting relationships with top residential/commercial insurers. With more than 15 years of experience in the commercial and real estate property insurance industry, he has become a recognized expert in the areas of risk management solutions, best practices, and emerging trends. He continues to be on the forefront of the industry, building programs to meet the changing needs of and evolving opportunities for the property investor.
Our business development team is responsible for building relationships with retail agents across the country, growing the REInsurePro network and onboarding newly appointed agents into our program.

Brooke joined NREIG in 2018 to lead the learning and development team, focused on training new employees as well as continuing education. She quickly proved her firm understanding of the NREIG program and insurance industry, playing a valuable role in process improvement, internal communication, and staff development. In 2021, she took over company operations, overseeing sales, service and support, marketing, and client retention. She is passionate about helping others to be successful in their professional endeavors.
In her free time, Brooke loves to explore local coffee shops and bookstores as well as vacation anywhere there are mountains.
Zach brings 20 years of industry experience to his role as REInsurePro Vice President where he helps drive strategic growth and program development. His continued work in the industry is fueled by a genuine passion for creating peace of mind for others. Curious by nature, Zach enjoys solving complex problems, the bigger the challenge, the more rewarding it is to tackle.
Zach and his wife have a shared love of all things historic, including their 1900s home and neighborhood in the heart of downtown Kansas City. With four kids, two dogs, and a cat, there’s never a dull moment!
Brent is an industry veteran, bringing 25 years of risk management, compliance and claims experience to NREIG. Most recently, he served as President of First Consulting & Administration, a 50-year old insurance consulting firm with broad expertise across P&C, health, life and annuities.
Seth has spent nearly two decades in the property and casualty space, during which he has harnessed his passion for developing innovative sales and service solutions. In 2010, Seth joined REInsurePro to continue his efforts developing products, expanding distribution channels, and developing strong relationships with industry partners. As the SVP of Business Development, his focus is on new products and opportunities in both current and potential new markets.
Seth is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying many activities from hunting and fishing to competitive shooting.
With 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, Lara is well-versed in claims, data analytics, and project management. In her role at NREIG, Lara collaborates with department leaders to ensure a unified approach to data, resulting in enhanced decision-making and increased efficiency. Lara’s ability to transform data into actionable insights has a direct impact on our business decisions and strategies.
Julie spent 15 years developing her marketing knowledge at boutique advertising agencies in the Kansas City area, working with NREIG as a client before joining full time in April 2019. She has extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors and has touched nearly every aspect of marketing and advertising. She holds a Bachelor’s in Communications from Loyola University New Orleans and volunteers as the district co-chair for the American Advertising Federation’s National Student Advertising Competition, encouraging talent and career development for university students in the four-state area. In her role at NREIG, her team manages branding, advertising, events, digital campaigns, and affiliate programs and plays a key role in product development and the consumer experience.
Since joining NREIG in 2016, Jacqui has progressed through a variety of roles, consistently demonstrating a passion for learning and a commitment to professional growth. Today, as EVP of Underwriting, Jacqui focuses on cultivating strong partnerships with NREIG carrier partners to drive ongoing program development and expand product solutions for our clients.
Outside of work, Jacqui enjoys spending time with her family, whether playing cards and board games or training in Taekwondo alongside her two kids. She also loves to travel, with favorite destinations including Colorado’s Rocky Mountains and Dunn’s River Falls in Jamaica.
A graduate of Kansas State, Jerry has nearly 20 years of IT experience, joining NREIG in 2013. As Chief Technology Officer, he ensures the team is outfitted with the necessary technology to perform day to day duties and oversees the development team for our proprietary client and location management software, which is critical to powering our business and facilitating our growth.
