Shawn has been the driving force behind the development of REInsurePro’s unique program for investment properties through strong and long-lasting relationships with top residential/commercial insurers. With more than 15 years of experience in the commercial and real estate property insurance industry, he has become a recognized expert in the areas of risk management solutions, best practices, and emerging trends. He continues to be on the forefront of the industry, building programs to meet the changing needs of and evolving opportunities for the property investor.
Brooke has been with REInsurePro since the beginning. She is a valuable component in our process improvements, internal communications, and staff development. She has since taken over company operations, overseeing sales, service and support, marketing, and retention. Brooke is especially passionate about helping others to be successful in their professional endeavors.
In her free time, Brooke loves to explore local coffee shops and bookstores as well as vacation anywhere there are mountains.
Zach brings 20 years of industry experience to his role as REInsurePro Vice President where he helps drive strategic growth and program development. His continued work in the industry is fueled by a genuine passion for creating peace of mind for others. Curious by nature, Zach enjoys solving complex problems. The bigger the challenge, the more rewarding it is to tackle! Zach and his wife have a shared love of all things historic, including their 1900s home and neighborhood in the heart of downtown Kansas City. With four kids, two dogs, and a cat, there’s never a dull moment!
Brent is an industry veteran, bringing 25 years of risk management, compliance and claims experience to REInsurePro. Most recently, he served as President of First Consulting & Administration, a 50-year-old insurance consulting firm with broad expertise across P&C, health, life, and annuities.
Since joining REInsurePro, Jacqui has progressed through a variety of roles, consistently demonstrating a passion for learning and a commitment to professional growth. Today, as CCO, Jacqui focuses on cultivating strong partnerships with REInsurePro carrier partners to drive ongoing program development and expand product solutions for both our agents and their investor clients.
Outside of work, Jacqui enjoys spending time with her family, whether playing cards and board games or training in Taekwondo alongside her two kids. She also loves to travel, with favorite destinations including Colorado’s Rocky Mountains and Dunn’s River Falls in Jamaica.
With 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, Lara is well-versed in claims, data analytics, and project management. In her role at REInsurePro, Lara collaborates with department leaders to ensure a unified approach to data, resulting in enhanced decision-making and increased efficiency. Lara’s ability to transform data into actionable insights has a direct impact on our business decisions and strategies.
Travis leads REInsurePro’s technology strategy, ensuring the company’s systems and innovations support business goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. He works closely with teams across the organization to identify opportunities for growth, improve processes, and build the technology roadmap that keeps REInsurePro at the forefront of the industry.
With more than 25 years of experience bridging business and technology, Travis has led teams of all sizes, delivered enterprise solutions for more than 130,000 end users, and worked with publicly traded, privately held, and private equity-backed organizations. He also serves on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards, helping organizations achieve their strategic objectives.
Outside of work, Travis enjoys traveling, exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations, cheering on the Jayhawks, Chiefs, and Royals, and mentoring individuals who are passionate about learning and personal growth.
Julie spent 15 years developing her marketing knowledge at boutique advertising agencies in the Kansas City area, before joining REInsurePro. She has extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors and has touched nearly every aspect of marketing and advertising. She holds a Bachelor’s in Communications from Loyola University New Orleans and volunteers as the district co-chair for the American Advertising Federation’s National Student Advertising Competition, encouraging talent and career development for university students in the four-state area. In her role at REInsurePro, her team manages branding, advertising, events, and digital campaigns, and plays a key role in product development and the consumer experience.
Since joining REInsurePro in 2012, Angie has grown alongside our organization, helping lead meaningful change through periods of expansion and transition. In 2025, Angie built out the training team into a dedicated department and become VP of Organizational Development.
Angie is a Nebraska native and, naturally, a proud Husker. She values family above all and loves spending quality time with her husband and two children.
Grant joined REInsurePro in 2025 and oversees financial operations, billing processes, reporting, and strategic initiatives that help drive organizational efficiency and growth. With more than a decade of experience spanning insurance, accounting, finance, and operational management, Grant brings a well-rounded perspective to the organization.
Outside of work, he is an active competitor in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, embracing the discipline, strategy, and continuous learning the sport demands. Grant also enjoys action-packed movies, with the John Wick series topping his list of favorites. His commitment to excellence, both professionally and personally, reflects the determination and focus he brings to his role every day.
