September 2025 Agent of the Month: Amber Kidd 

We’re excited to recognize Amber Kidd of Camden Insurance as our September Agent of the Month! Amber has been serving real estate investors for nearly two years, building strong relationships by focusing on client needs and education. With a deep understanding of the challenges investors face in today’s market, she takes pride in helping clients protect their properties while finding ways to save them money and streamline their coverage.  

What are the biggest challenges you are seeing in the market for your investor clients and how is your team advising them through those challenges?

There are many struggles in the investment industry right now. Some of the biggest that come to mind are the cost of insurance, interest rates impacting property purchasing, and a 30-40 percent decrease in sale prices making it difficult for flippers to turn around their properties. I advise my clients through these challenges by evaluating their current policies to see where we can find savings. I also find it important to highlight the value of solid coverage.  

How has your approach to working with investors evolved over time?

I’ve had to be flexible over time. Since I began working with investors, I have learned a lot about their priorities. Convenience and efficiency are very important to this client base. My focus is on helping clients manage their policies effectively and as quickly as possible.  

What sets your agency apart in the real estate investment insurance space?

Our heart for our clients. Our clients trust us to take care of their properties, and we take that very seriously. Many of our clients are first-time investors, so we see our role as an educator—helping investors understand what they should prioritize when it comes to insurance and protecting their investments.
