What are the biggest challenges you are seeing in the market for your investor clients and how is your team advising them through those challenges?
The biggest challenges we’re seeing right now is the lack of consistency from carriers, especially when it comes to rate changes. That means we have to stay hyper-aware of shifting pricing and coverage terms. We must make sure our investor clients know we are looking out for their best interests with respect to insurance. For us, it all comes down to diligence and maintaining strong, ongoing communication with our clients.
How has your approach to working with investors evolved over time?
We know just how tight profit margins can be for investors. We focus on helping them navigate insurance as a line item from the very beginning, including assisting our clients in evaluating potential acquisitions. Our goal is to provide guidance that helps them budget more accurately and determine whether a property will truly be profitable.
