REInsureProHab’s dwelling insurance protects the property from direct physical damage, such as:
Investor clients have their choice of Basic and Special Form coverage.
Up to $15MM in Total Insured Value.
REInsureProHab’s liability coverage can protect investors from claims that may occur at the property. Loss examples include:
Coverage extends to pools, club houses, shared laundry spaces, etc., provided they meet code.
Limits starting at $1MM per occurrence, $2MM aggregate– up to $2MM per occurrence, $4MM aggregate available.*

This program is not available for properties in Alaska, Hawaii, and Los Angeles County.
